The apartment includes a dining table with four chairs, TV, desk, night lighting, air conditioning, bathroom with shower and terrace. For the convenience of guests, a safe, wardrobe, pantry, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with iron, hair dryer, cosmetic amenities, towels and free WI-FI are provided.

Fest Halle offers access to catering services from the restaurants in the complex and professional service from experienced staff. For tenants of three-room apartments, a special 10% discount is provided from the rental price of €95 per hour.
